I?m fat because it runs in the family – its genetic

You are not fat because of genetics. You might be more prone to certain conditions because of genetics, you may store weight in a different way and in different places to other people and you will definitely have a different figure to the next person. But you are not fat because it runs in the family. You are overweight because you eat more calories than you burn. Fiction – that would mean less calories during the day, but it means your metabolism (fat burning process) doesn?t start till you have lunch! Overall, it is best to start the day with a healthy breakfast
